To get to Palm Island Resort St. Vincent it is a 45 minute flight from Barbados to Union Island, then a 10 minute sail in to the Grenadines. On all three of Palm Island’s nature trails – Cactus Hill, Iguana and Point Look Out – you’ll enjoy sweeping views of the Grenadine archipelago, with Carriacou, Petit St. Vincent, Canouan and Mayreau all visible in the distance.

The Royal Palm restaurant, is where you can enjoy beautiful ocean views with your breakfast, lunch and dinner. For Dinner the a la carte menu offers up the best international dishes, enhanced by fresh island ingredients and culinary styles. Most evenings also bring live music. The Sunset Grill, set on the beach, offers a choice of local and international delights in a more casual atmosphere. Open for lunch, this restaurant has a distinct Caribbean flair. Dinner is served on Wednesdays and Saturdays by reservation, for those who prefer an a la carte menu to the BBQ/Caribbean Buffet. You can also request a picnic lunch to eat on the beach. For a romantic experience book a formal dining experience on the beach next to the illuminated Heart Shaped Palm.

They offer beginner kitesurfing courses, advanced lessons and private pro clinics where you get the chance to experience photo and video shoots as well as advanced lessons.
