The Ritz Carlton Grand Cayman has 5 superb restaurants serving a variety of outstanding cuisine. Blue restaurant has a seafood inspired menu, featuring locally caught and responsibly fished seafood. Andiamo dishes up Italian favourites served alfresco. Seven is a chic restaurant, a place to meet and mingle. It blends casual Ritz-Carlton elegance with a dash of Caribbean flair. Taikun is Grand Cayman’s finest sushi lounge with the island’s largest sake selection. Bar Jack is Grand Cayman’s best sunset viewing point, right at the widest stretch of Seven Mile Beach. During the day and into the evening, dine on Caribbean favourites from the Chef’s grill, and watch the sunset with a well deserved cocktail or two. Palm Lounge offers Caribbean inspired cocktails, adventurous martinis, specialty mojitos and premium drinks. Afternoon Tea is available daily between 2.00pm. to 4.00pm. Silver palm is the island’s premier Friday and Saturday night gathering spot, with live DJ entertainment on Fridays evenings and live entertainment Saturdays until midnight.
There are 2 swimming pools and an oceanfront Jacuzzi. Adventures can be found at the colourful Starfish Cay. From a zero entry splash pool, shallow enough for families to splash, play and explore, children enter a magical cove and sail down gentle water slides. Poolside amenities and activities are offered throughout the day. You can relax on the beach and enjoy cabanas, beach umbrellas, and sun loungers. You can snorkel and dive just offshore, but the Ritz Carlton Grand Cayman also provides boat rides (extra charge) to the best sites. The resort rents snorkeling and diving gear. Wind-surfing and motorised water-sports are available through independent providers along the beach.
